Our Quality

How every batch actually gets tested.

Not a general quality statement — the specific steps a batch goes through before it's approved to ship.

01

Sample drawn from the batch

A sample is taken from each production batch before packaging is finalized — not from a general holding tank shared across runs.

02

Turbidity measured

Checked against a threshold of under 0.5 NTU. A batch reading above this does not proceed to packaging.

03

pH measured

Checked against a range of 6.5 to 8.5, in line with WHO and PCRWR guidance for packaged drinking water.

04

Total Dissolved Solids checked

Measured against PCRWR limits for packaged water to confirm mineral content falls within the accepted range.

05

Results logged against the batch number

Every result is recorded against that specific batch's number, creating a traceable record before any bottle from that run ships.

Why Every Batch

Periodic sampling tells you about the past. Batch testing tells you about what's in the bottle.

A lot of quality claims in bottled water are based on periodic or annual testing — a snapshot that may not reflect the batch someone is actually drinking from. Testing every batch means the result on record is for that specific run, not an average or a historical sample.

✓ EVERY BATCH, NOT A SAMPLE SCHEDULE
How We're Set Up

Our testing infrastructure.

In-house lab

Testing happens on-site, on our own equipment, not outsourced or delayed by third-party scheduling.

Trained staff

Every test is run by staff trained specifically on our equipment and thresholds, not general-purpose hires.

Batch and random tests

Every batch is tested, and random samples are pulled for additional checks beyond the standard run.

After Testing

Packaging and handling.

Final visual inspection

Every bottle is visually checked before it leaves the line, catching anything a lab test alone wouldn't.

Carefully sealed

Tamper-evident seals on every bottle, so what left our facility is what reaches you.

Safe handling and storage

Storage and handling conditions are controlled from packaging through to dispatch, not left to chance.
